Delivery
Dispatch
Confirmed orders are picked and handed to Swiss Post within 2 to 3 working days from our stock in Reconvilier (canton of Bern). Orders received on Friday afternoon or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.
Areas served
We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain and Portugal. Other countries on request.
For consignments abroad, customs duties and import VAT remain at your expense. Pallet deliveries are offered in Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.
Shipping costs
Costs are calculated on the weight of your order, according to the Swiss Post rate card, and are shown in the basket before checkout.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- up to 2 kg: CHF 9.00 (PostPac Economy) or CHF 10.50 (Priority)
- 2 to 10 kg: CHF 12.00 or CHF 13.50
- 10 to 30 kg: CHF 21.00 or CHF 22.50
- above that, the rate follows the Swiss Post card up to 300 kg
Abroad
The PostPac International rate card applies, in two price zones: zone 1 for Germany, France, Italy and Austria, zone 2 for Spain and Portugal.
- up to 2 kg: CHF 36.00 in zone 1, CHF 40.00 in zone 2
- 2 to 5 kg: CHF 46.00 or CHF 51.00
- 5 to 10 kg: CHF 52.00 or CHF 61.00
- 10 to 15 kg: CHF 59.00 or CHF 73.00
- 15 to 20 kg: CHF 65.00 or CHF 83.00
- 20 to 25 kg: CHF 71.00 or CHF 93.00
- 25 to 30 kg: CHF 76.00 or CHF 103.00
A parcel carries at most 30 kg. Above that the order ships as two parcels and the basket adds the rates, up to 60 kg. Above 60 kg, or for a country outside this list, carriage is quoted on request.
Pallets
Pallet delivery: CHF 100.00 per pallet, half-pallets included.
Pallet delivery
Bulky orders go out on pallets. When confirming your basket, state whether your site has a loading dock or a pallet truck. Failing that, we arrange a tail-lift delivery and tell you the surcharge before dispatch.
On receipt
Inspect the goods in front of the driver. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery note, then report it to us in writing within 8 days at info@prozone-distribution.ch.
